Living a life of balance and daily movement to tackle the crazy with all the positive vibes

Hey! I’m Brittany.

I’m a wife and Mom of one adorable baby girl Olivia We live in Atlanta, GA where I’m a part time dentist and online health and wellness coach. Three and a half years ago, I found an amazing solution to make my health journey not seem so complicated, and enabled me to create consistency. I don’t know about you, but I needed something that was realistically sustainable long term, and something that wasn’t going to take away my wine and carbs. When I found it, I HAD to share about it with everyone I could. As a coach, my job is to help you navigate the same tools that I use, customize them so that you can crush YOUR goals, all while being your biggest hype girl.

Here’s what I have to offer you:

A Lifestyle Change

I was living the vicious cycle of wake up, work, eat crap, repeat and I knew something had to change. I just wanted to have more energy and feel better about who I saw in the mirror. Having simple no-nonsense tools for daily exercise and nutrition with support from a coach and an amazing group of other women changed everything for me. Within 3 weeks, I felt lighter, happier, and started seeing a reflection I was proud of.

I love being able to help others simplify their health journey so they can reach their personal goals, and live a happier more fulfilling life with their families.

… and just one more thing…

A Chance To Help Others

When I wasn’t showing up for myself I felt a nudge telling me would show up for others.

I was team captain of my college basketball team and I knew that feeling - staying late after practice to get in more free throws, pushing a little harder during sprints, behaving better on Greek row during season. I knew as a leader, the pressure to level up wins over self “motivation” everytime.

So I wondered if this same principle would work for my health. If I committed to leading others through this, would I show up differently? I had no idea how I was going to be able to coach others when I wasn’t even following through myself, but I took the leap. Coaching was the best form of accountability, and little did I know how much more it was going to bring into my life…

If you have a strong why, you’ll always figure out the how
