  • Women of all ages, in all seasons of life, showing up despite all the crazy. We share our struggles, our victories, and we log our workouts and nutrition in a private app that is linked to our on demand library of workouts.

    Everyday you will see a coach post where we share things like tips, tricks, reminders, motivation, recipes, and more. Within the app you will also track your progress with measurements and photos. It makes tracking stupid simple and FUN 👏🏻

  • Food is fuel and you need to be certain to fuel your body properly in order for it to run well! I have 2 meal plans to offer you. Neither is better than the other, you just get to choose which one is best for YOU and your lifestyle!

    Option 1: 2B Mindset

    An intuitive approach to what you should be eating and what your plate should look like at each meal. This plan has zero “off limits” food. No “cheating”, measuring, or calorie counting. It’s simply focused around how your body responds to food and follows an effective "2 pounds at a time" approach to weight loss. (I’ve been following this plan for years!)

    Option 2: Portion Fix

    This is a more disciplined and structured meal plan focused on macronutrients & whole foods. Through the use of color-coded containers that assist in portion control, and an easy-to-follow & educational plan, you’ll find freedom with food, learn what foods are best for fueling your body & feel amazing as you race towards your goals!

  • No matter where you are when you start, I promise we can find something for you. I will recommend some programs for you based on your goals, needs, and limitations. What I ask of you once you decide which program you want to start, is for you to show up and share! Even if that means a rest day, or just a walk around the neighborhood, I want to see you in the group 😊

    Not only is there something for every level and age group, but also every style of workout you can think of - strength, cardio, all over toning, spin, bootcamp-style, functional training, boxing, barre, yoga, dancing, running, active recovery, guided meditations PLUS optional live classes too which I encourage everyone to take advantage of for free their first month.
